John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

Hey, here's a video of.... never mind.

Recommended Posts

I can't for the life of me figure out how to post a video.

I'm supposed to put in the URL but that information doesn't even show up on top of the screen like it's supposed to. I clicked a thing that said copy URL and I have no clue where it copied to so that's no good. Maybe I'm doing it backwards, I don't know.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Stay strong inn Christ and be blessed.

If you're using mobile. You copy the Youtube URL and just paste it directly to this site. The site will automatically render the Youtube video.

This site only auto renders Youtube videos.

As to where the url goes when you copy the url in your phone I believe it stores in your phone's cache. That should be irrelevant information to you though. Just copy the URL and Paste here.

God bless,

William
