You're right. God probably doesn't approve of everything every believer does. We get impatient waiting for God's timing. God is the only One who knows the beginning from the end. We live day by day.

Well -- our actions come From our heart. Those around us can observe how we react. If we're sad, happy, indifferent to a given situation. Friends, family offer / give counsel -- we take it into consideration and make our individual decisions.

if God didn't exist, how could something be defined as bad? If we are just a collection of cells that have electrical impulses making them move and that is all there is to life, then what would make one action or event good or bad over another? So you actually find the answer to the question within the question itself.

Matthew 5:45 - That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Why dod people think that God micromanages everything in existance?

It is the life experiences that we get from the world outside that draws us closer to God and shows us the humility that is part and parcel of the human experience.

Do we or do we not define yourselves by our struggles and the way we deal with these same struggles? The answer is, of course we identify ourselves by all of these things. Why do you think there is so much camaraderie in the military. Why do you think the Christian community does the same thing. Are we not fighting a spiritual war with Christ in our corner?

It is the strength we get through the Holy Spirit that strengthens us through all we endure, but without those struggles, we would never have had our faith tested and we would have never really had the chance to overcome that which was set infront of us or to be able to council others who will be going through what we already have.

Since God Does exist -- as believers, we're to be growing more Christ-like -- God allows 'stuff' to happen to 'grow' us. And to help us see ourselves as we 'are'. A lot of us are given a book to read, we are content for a while to simply read the book -- but then , at Some point, we read the ending so that we can enjoy reading the intermediate part. We can go back to the part where a character is involved in a nasty accident and know he / she will survive and be okay.

Yes, we Are fighting spiritual war And, yes With Christ in our corner. That's easy to loose sight of.

Satan Wants us to be frustrated believers because then our 'light' won't shine very bright.

Well more beat down than frustrated. Even when your frustrated you can still have the energy to fight on and the wherewithal to seek the Holy Spirit to refreach us. Being beat down is something that means everything you have has been depleted. You are so tired you are exhausted and you can never think properly when you are that low. He wants you there so he can tempt you.
