Christian Fellowship

John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

Are the local Christian assemblies rolling out the big guns (scripture; school ground protests; call for firing of the teacher and the principal? Superintendent of Schools?)

That's the same school that had the Kindergarten "gender reveal" class we were talking about in the other thread, in fact, it involved the same 6 yr old boy who transgendered this year. If I was a parent there, my kid would have been long gone from that school as soon as I was notified about the "gender reveal" Kindergarten class (of course, parents weren't notified, and were then told that even if they had been, that wouldn't have been allowed to "opt out" :RpS_mad:).

They might as well teach kids that 1+1=27.

Why not? They're teaching these kids all kinds of other socially acceptable lies ( like a boy can become a girl because he wants to).
