Fasting for health benefits

Anyone here fast? I began fasting yesterday and plan on keeping my fast for seven days. I am only drinking liquids. I'm hoping to lose 20 lbs in two weeks. Ideally my weight should be 170-180 lbs but currently I weigh in at 219lbs which is down from 230 a month ago.

 

Do you think 20lbs in two weeks is excessive or healthy?

That sounds like a lot in two weeks, I'm not a doctor, but don't work yourself into a heart attack or become dehydrated.
