    Dan 7:23-24

[h=1]Daniel 7:23-24 King James Version (KJV)[/h] 23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. 24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. [h=1]Daniel 7:23-24[/h] Darby 23 He said thus: The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom upon the earth, which shall be different from all the kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. 24 And as to the ten horns, out of this kingdom shall arise ten kings; and another shall arise after them; and he shall be different from the former, and he shall subdue three kings. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 23 Many think the fourth kingdom was Rome which has influenced every modern nation since. The sun doesn’t set on the Roman Empire because its influence was carried thru out the world. Rome was the biggest empire, the Russian and British empires were both trying to be like Rome was. Rome tried to rule the world and not just an empire. 24 This is said to represent the kings of Rome. The other king is said to be the antichrist. This prophecy may still be in the future.

    Dan 7:19-22

[h=1]Daniel 7:19-22 King James Version (KJV)[/h] 19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; 20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows. 21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; 22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom. [h=1]Daniel 7:19-22[/h] Darby 19 Then I desired to know the certainty concerning the fourth beast, which was different from them all, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and its nails of brass; which devoured, broke in pieces, and stamped the rest with its feet; 20 and concerning the ten horns that were in its head, and the other that came up, and before which three fell: even that horn that had eyes, and a mouth speaking great things, and whose look was more imposing than its fellows. 21 I beheld, and that horn made war with the saints, and prevailed over them; 22 until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most high [places]; and the appointed time arrived, and the saints possessed the kingdom. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 19 This could be the antichrist, this would be out of the remains of the Roman Empire which has been every empire since was linked strongly to Rome. This is vicious and a dangerous creature. 20 These tens horns are often seen as kingdoms or kings. The little horn again maybe a reference to the antichrist. These three could be the three kingdoms left after the fall of the Roman Empire. The antichrist will end up proclaiming themselves as God. 21 The holy ones are now both the Jews and the Christians. We have a Lord as Christians who defeats the evil one in the end. 22 The Ancient of Days is the Lord. This will be end of the earth age.

    Dan 7:15-18

Daniel 7:15-18 King James Version (KJV) 15 I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me. 16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things. 17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. 18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever. Daniel 7:15-18 New English Translation (NET Bible) An Angel Interprets Daniel’s Vision 15 “As for me, Daniel, my spirit was distressed, and the visions of my mind were alarming me. 16 I approached one of those standing nearby and asked him about the meaning of all this. So he spoke with me and revealed to me the interpretation of the vision: 17 ‘These large beasts, which are four in number, represent four kings who will arise from the earth. 18 The holy ones of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will take possession of the kingdom forever and ever.’ New English Translation (NET) NET Bible® copyright ©1996-2006 by Biblical Studies Press, L.L.C. http://netbible.com All rights reserved. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 15 Sometimes we will be alarmed by what God does, while we will be spared because we have Jesus from God’s wrath it should still alarm us to where we share the gospel with others. 16 Daniel couldn’t interpret this vision but had to have help. Even if we are good in an area we shouldn’t have pride and if we need it then we should ask for help. 17 These kings have already come. The kingdoms would be Babel Medes/ Persia Greek Rome. It is possible that they could be kingdoms to come though but this viewpoint isn’t popular. 18 This kingdom here is the earth and Jesus will reign here forever but first their will be the kingdom of the antichrist.

    Dan 7:11-14

[h=1]Daniel 7:11-14 King James Version (KJV)[/h] 11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. 12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time. 13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. 14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. [h=1]Daniel 7:11-14[/h] Darby 11 I beheld therefore, because of the voice of the great words that the horn spoke; I beheld till the beast was slain, and its body destroyed, and it was given up to be burned with fire. 12 As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away; but their lives were prolonged for a season and a time. 13 I saw in the night visions, and behold, there came with the clouds of heaven [one] like a son of man, and he came up even to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. 14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom [that] which shall not be destroyed. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 11 This world the evil one will come but the Lord will handle him and put him out for good, he will be in the fires of hell for eternity. 12 The Lord has mercy but the time is already set for those that follow satan to be judged, the demons will be thrown in the lake of firs along with satan. 13 This is Jesus going up to the Father. 14 This may describe what could have happened at the cross or this could before judgment on the earth is poured out, it isn’t sure when because we aren’t meant to know, but we should be ready. He will be king and His reign never ends. His earthly kingdom hasn’t started yet but we are as Christians are on earth being apart of that kingdom.

    Dan 7:9-10

Daniel 7:9-10 King James Version (KJV) 9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. 10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. Daniel 7:9-10 Darby 9 I beheld till thrones were set, and the Ancient of days did sit: his raiment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was flames of fire, [and] its wheels burning fire. 10 A stream of fire issued and came forth from before him; thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 9 The Ancient of Days is the Lord and He is seating on His throne. Him sitting on His throne shows He has full control, most had to get off the throne to handle their kingdom but God has so much control from the throne. The attire and hair means that He is perfect. The blaze shows that He has power. 10 The fire also symbolizes the Spirit. These ready to serve are angels. This scripture reference is also in Revelation.

    Dan 7:8

Daniel 7:8 King James Version (KJV) 8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. Daniel 7:8 Darby 8 I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another, a little horn, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots; and behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things. These are my thoughts, please share yours. Daniel was trying to understanding and know what the horns meant, how much time and effort do what put into understanding scripture because if we are lead by God it never is too much but often not enough. This means that this smaller weaker horn will over take the bigger ones. This would be the antichrist.

    Dan 7:6-7

Daniel 7:6-7 KJV 6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Darby 6 After this I saw, and behold, another, like a leopard, and it had four wings of a bird upon its back; and the beast had four heads; and dominion was given to it. 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and exceeding strong; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the rest with its feet; and it was different from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 6 4 heads would have referred to four different rulers. Two set of wings may have referred to two different places for ruling. Its power was granted to it by the Lord. 7 This is reference to Rome but mostly to the reign of end times this reign will be the most fierce that the world will ever see.

    Daniel 7:4-5

Daniel 7:4-5 King James Version (KJV) 4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it. 5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. Daniel 7:4-5 Darby 4 The first was like a lion, and had eagle`s wings: I beheld till its wings were plucked; and it was lifted up from the earth, and made to stand upon two feet as a man, and a man`s heart was given to it. 5 And behold, another beast, a second, like unto a bear, and it raised up itself on one side; and [it had] three ribs in its mouth between its teeth; and they said thus unto it: Arise, devour much flesh. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 4 This is similar to the vision Ezekiel had in the Ez 1. This mythical creature is known as a griffin. Lion always symbolized strength and power often times the symbol for kings. Eagles are quick and swift. This symbolized Babylon. This shows what happened would happen with Babylon, they would fall but still be strong but be overtaken. 5 The bear symbolizes the Medes Persian Empire which overtook Babylon not long after Daniel would have said this to the king of Babylon. The Persian would end up being the greater part of the empire over the Medes. The three ribs refer to the people they conquered Egypt Babel and the Lydians

    Dan 7:1-3

Daniel 7:1-3 KJV 1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. 2 Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. Darby 1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel saw a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream; he told the sum of the matters. 2 Daniel spoke and said, I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of the heavens broke forth upon the great sea. 3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, different one from another. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 1 For Daniel to have dreams at this point was normal, it is the way God spoke to Him. He writes down the dream so he makes sure he knows what it means, when God speaks to us we need to make sure we know what He means, also God doesn’t speak thru every dream but He can speak thru dreams. 2 Wind often times symbolizes God’s presence, the sea often times symbolizes the people. 3 These four beasts we see as four kings of four great kingdoms.

    Dan 6:28

[h=1]Daniel 6:28 King James Version (KJV)[/h] 28 So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian. [h=1]Daniel 6:28[/h] Darby 28 And this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 28 Daniel prospered but first he had to go into the lion’s den, sometimes God may let us prosper but we first have to go thru hard times. Daniel prospered because he had faith in God whether the world saw it or not Daniel having his connection with the Lord was his prosperity. Are prosperity should always start with Jesus.

    Dan 5:25-27

[h=1]Daniel 6:25-27 King James Version (KJV)[/h] 25 Then king Darius wrote unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you. 26 I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end. 27 He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. [h=1]Daniel 6:25-27[/h] Darby 25 Then king Darius wrote unto all peoples, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied unto you. 26 I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel; for he is the living God, and steadfast for ever, and his kingdom [that] which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end. 27 He saveth and delivereth, and he worketh signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth: who hath saved Daniel from the power of the lions. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 25 Peace is something we can only truly have with Jesus, with Him we can have peace in times of trouble. For peace to brake out in the world is a good thing but wont happen by good means as we see in scripture. Prosperity shouldn’t be something we seek but can be blessed to have. 26 So the pagan king shows faith in God because of Daniel. We should set the same example to the world, its us shining the light of Jesus to the world. 27 Darius showed more faith in this statement then many who call themselves Christians show. If we had something to say about God what would it be?

    Dan 6:23-24

Daniel 6:23-24 King James Version (KJV) 23 Then was the king exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God. 24 And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den. Daniel 6:23-24 Darby 23 Thereupon was the king exceeding glad, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God. 24 And the king commanded, and they brought those men who had accused Daniel, and cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and broke all their bones in pieces ere they came to the bottom of the den. These are my thoughts, please share yours. 23 The punishment and decree was carried out because Daniel spent the night in the lion’s den it was no longer illegal to bring him out. God had protected him and this stood as a witness and God would use this to move a pagan king to do something wise for those who followed God. We by following God can be used to positively influence. 24 So the men were thrown in and killed by the lions, this shows that the king was tired of the trouble makers and shows that the lions were hungry and that they only didn’t harm Daniel due to God’s protection.

    Dan 6:21-22

Daniel 6:21-22 King James Version (KJV) 21 Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever. 22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt. Daniel 6:21-22 CLV 21 Then Daniel declares to the king, "O king, live for the eons!" 22My Eloah sent His messenger, and he closed the mouths of the lions that they could not harm me; forasmuch as before Him it is found that I am purged; and indeed, also before you, O king, no harm have I done." These are my thoughts, please share yours. 21 Daniel is giving a blessing to the king. Daniel knew the king and the kingdom would not go on forever. Daniel was not bitter against the king or angry with him which shows Daniel’s character. 22 Daniel knew it was God that protected Him. God can protect us and sometimes He probably does and we just don’t realize it but this does not mean that we will always be protected when we stand for the faith because sometimes He lets them come home to heaven.

    Dan 6:19-20

Daniel 6:19-20 King James Version (KJV) 19 Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions. 20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? CLV 19 Then the king is rising at reveille, in the brightness of the dawn." 20 In a fluster he departs to the vault of the lions, and, as he is near the vault, he cries out to Daniel in a staunch voice. Calling is the king to Daniel and saying, "Daniel, servant of the living Eloah, your Eloah Whom you are serving in abidance, He could deliver you from the mouths of the lions? These are my thoughts, please share yours. 19 The king got up to go see Daniel as soon as he could because Daniel had to spend the night in the lions den so the king could not do anything before morning. 20 The king showed faith in the Lord, even though he turned to Him in faith, because he believed Daniel could still believe alive, if someone lost showed this much faith how much more should we show.

    Dan 6:17-18

Daniel 6:17-18 King James Version (KJV) 17 And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his lords; that the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel. 18 Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neither were instruments of musick brought before him: and his sleep went from him. Daniel 6:17-18 CLV 17 And hither is brought a single stone and placed on the mouth of the vault. The king seals it with his signet ring and with the signet rings of his grandees, that there be no altering of his will in regard to Daniel." 18 Then the king departs to his palace and remains in his house, fasting. Diversions are not brought before him, even though his sleep flees from him. Yet Eloah closes the mouths of the lions and they do not harm Daniel." These are my thoughts, please share yours. 17 So this happening meant no one could help Daniel to break this seal was treason Daniel had t least to spend the night in the lion’s den even the king could not have him removed until morning. 18 The king was troubled because of what happen to Daniel this shows how much he cared about him and also shows him not having any faith in God but if he took time to pray at this time he would have joined Daniel. We should turn to God in our times of grief instead of going to Him last.
