13 Hours The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

Recommended Posts

Best war movie I have seen this year. Okay, it is the best motion picture I have seen since Black Hawk Down and Saving Private Ryan. I was all choked up while watching this movie. Acts of valor, honor, courage, and sacrifice made me tear up a few times. I don't mean to play down the Christian movie genre, but I'll take this movie over watching someone struggle with a drug, porn, or any other addiction any day (chick flicks). 13 Hours would of been better if it wasn't based on a true story. The fact that it was made me emotionally drained. I appreciated the fact that it didn't try to drive home a political agenda, but honored those men fallen in Benghazi.

Watch 40-50 seconds into this trailer. No doubt, these men were committed, and this mentality is what propelled 13 Hours into the hall of great war movies.
