A church doesn't get any more shallow than Joel Osteen's church. He deserves some heckling, but I do have a problem with the trespassing.

Is Osteen's church public or members only? How could they be trespassing unless a restraining order was issued before the incident?

I had the impression from another article that this isn't the first time for these protester at Olsteen's pep-talk meeting, but that these protesters were removed before. Maybe there wasn't a formal restraining order, but a disinvitation. They were also asked to leave and once they refused, they legally become trespassers.

I'm sure the church is open to the public, but not for the purpose of disrupting the service. The protesters should have been on public sidewalks outside the church.
