Trump charges, without evidence, that millions voted illegally | 2016 Presidential Election | Dallas News

It is interesting that republicans are, for the most part, the only ones supporting voter ID laws. This would certainly reduce the likelihood of people getting away with committing voter fraud.

    I agree, and... .

How would there be any evidence unless they ask for evidence of citizenship before voting? If people need to vote without an ID then it would be evidence that people were attempting to commit fraud. Seems like Polling booths might be a great way to crack down on illegal immigrants in the future. They need only park an illegal immigration task force van in front of the voting booths.

And the next two years would be the best time to get this kind of thing passed as a federal law.

Now that there is a Trifecta we will have to see whether true Constitutional Republicans will work with Trump, or if Trump will be sitting as a lame duck in his presidency.

I agree with you though, it is common sense that now is the time to accomplish and impose such laws.

Oh, it has been evident that we have been needing this kind of law for a while now. We could just never get any buy in from the Democrats, which is, coincidentally, the party that allegedly has been involved in the most voter fraud.
