Now try that in America, where you can hate on Jesus all day long with no worries but as soon as you mention krishna or moohummed or some other demon you get hefty fines and imprisonment.

I have to ask. Who has been imprisoned because of negative comments concerning Muhammad or Krishna?

In America, you can face hate crime and ethnic intimidation charges for some Politically Incorrect speech, not to mention words can cost the Presumption of Innocence in charges of discrimination or any real crime.

After a string of minor church arsons, the media was busy blaming "white racists", and a culture of white racism, and the cops were prepared to drawing up hate crimes charges. But, when the purp turned out to be a black man, the media walked away (without ever publicly correcting their racist error) and the police explained there's not hate crime because the guy was black, and not even a hate crime against Christians because, the authorities explained, a particular denomination wasn't targeted. Maybe you don't go to prison just for saying the wrong thing, but connect things to a crime and the prison time does increase for what has been said.
