  • VBulletin 5 Template Issues - Store CSS Stylesheets As Files

    When working on templates I have noticed messed up CSS formating after changes are applied, a problem that requires one to flush all old CSS Files.
    1. In Admincp go to settings/options/style and language settings and turn off "Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?"
    2. Go to core/clientscript/vbulletin_css and delete style files
    3. Run SQL Query: DELETE FROM datastore WHERE title IN('options','publicoptions' 'miscoptions')
    4. Clear Browser's Cache and Cookies
    5. Load Site in Browser
    6. Go to Admincp and go to settings/options/style and language settings and turn on "Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?"

    The above doesn't always work, but this had in my last issue with storing css as files:

    1) Disable MemcacheD
    2) Run this query: delete from datastore where title like '%miscoptions%';
    3) Reload your forum front page.
    4) Turn off storing CSS as Files.
    5) Turn on storing CSS as Files.
    6) Turn on MemcacheD.
