  • Premils continue to bring ridicule to Christ.

I was just visiting the USA Today website on on the front page is this article: End of the world on Wednesday, says religious group. This religious group as articles written in over two dozen languages on their website, so you see they're trying hard to reach the word with their errors. Here's a snippet from their website:

We see from the above verses that the raising up of the elect (through the resurrection of the dead and the rapture of the living) occurs on the last day. It is also the time God’s Word will judge mankind. It so happens that 1600 days from May 21, 2011 and the overall 10,000th day since judgment began on the churches is also the last day of the feast of tabernacles. And therefore presents itself as an excellent day for God to raise up His people and to complete the judgment of the unsaved through the final destruction of annihilation. OCTOBER 7 2015 IS ALSO THE LAST DAY OF HARVEST/INGATHERING

Premil, Dispensationalist, and Rapture doctrine doesn't stand up to biblical scrutiny and it results in nothing but harm. Their teachers turn the word of God into a joke.

It is clear that this group doesn't believe in premillenialism or the rapture or they would know the world can't end today as they say it will. And what evidence to you have that they are dispensationalists?

How many premils these days aren't dispies?

Form their website: "Finally, they did become a nation again in 1948; incredibly, after nearly 2,000 years of being a scattered people, and this was no accident. We can see God’s hand in working this out in order to fulfill His Word to bring about a signpost for anyone who had eyes to see that “the fig tree” would be in leaf. "

Dispies believe that God has a separate plan for Jews and that the state of Israel (1948), not the Church, is Israel. Maybe they're not strong dispies, and just use the state of Israel to bolster their own apocalyptic urgency; but if I were to categorize them, they're dispies.

USA Today has a new article mocking recent end of the world predictions: All the times the world didn't end: A history

Sorry, eBible Fellowship — it's simply not the end of the world as we know it. (And we're feeling fine, except for all the work we put off just in case the website's founder Chris McCann was onto something.) Just kidding. We're no newbie earthlings. We've seen this all before. Here are some noteworthy Doomsday predictions:

This article reminded me of hyper-Dispy John Hagee's blood moon prediction.

Author Julie Rowe, of the Premil Mormon cult, wrote a book with her end-of-world blood prediction for last month.

Then we have to jump to Dec. 21, 2012 when Premils were going cackling over the "end" of the Mayan Calendar.

I can point to any belief and what a few say and state X is bringing ridicule because of what Y said.

We are told that no man knows the day nor the hour, so it is obvious that is someone claims the day or the hour they are a crackpot, no matter their belief system.

I believe that insted of "premillinialism continue to bring ridicule to christ" you actually meant "some people continue to bring ridicule to christ"

If you did not then maybe you should study Pauls message about one man esteeming one day over another. Paul says that when that happens go off and form your own religion, right? No? What does Paul say to do? Christians are ridiculed because of our infighting, how can an atheist come to agree with us when we can't even come to agreement with ourselves?

As Christians we should set an example, not bicker and point fingers. Or is your theology 100% correct over everyone else in the world?

Yes, it is right to rebuke those who are wrong. I do not believe it is right to group a whole belief system together over a few crackpots, that's what the world already does to us and plays right into the Devils hands.

The rapture IS the catching up and changing from mortal to immortal.
Believers Who Have Died and are alive on rapture day!

13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be"" caught up""(raptured) together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.
